User Termination from HR trigger

Dear All,

I have implemented HR triggers. Following scenarios works fine :

1. User creation

2. Position Change

3. User details Change

In user termination - I want to expire the user account and lock the ID. But this is not workingas I expected i.e. it locks the user but not ending valid to date of user ID.

See the decision table attached for the reference. Please suggest if I miss anything.

First i have tried without adding BEGDA field in BRF+  , in sdn forum i have read that this field should be in BRF+ table as well to expire the user.
