Equipment 10000001 is not a PRT

Dear All,

created in equipment (IE01),but when i'm going to assign In routing following Error Message It will show,Equipment 10000001 is not a PRT,So how to resolve this Error. in Added Screen shot also,find the attachment

The error message has already the solution which describes that the Equipment Category that you created is incorrect  .

The equipment Category will reflect what for the equipment is user for ,if the other selection are done the equipments can,t be used as PRT .

Reason behind this error is wrong equipment category you select at time of creation of equipment.

Please select the Equipment category “P” for PRT.

I hope this will work.

The equipment you are trying to assign in routing is not PRT, select the equipment category as P while creating the equipment through IE01.

Hi, When you created the Equipment, what category you have selected? Category should be "P". If it is "M" or other category...it will give error in Routing. Thanks
