Dear PM experts,

Please see the attached file & explain what has been done in the Tcode IW32.

It is mentioned that "deletion indicator in purchasing document changed" in IW32.

Pls explain...

Go to ME53N, Check PR# 10713585 line item 10. You will see the deletion indicator beside the line item#10. This means that the PR was deleted while order processing thru IW32.

Hence the messsage "deletion indicator in purchasing document changed".

Either external operations or components (non stock) has been deleted in PM order which sets deletion indicator at PR level.

Or the work order has been set to TECO system status which also sets the deletion indicator on the purchase requisitions associated with the work order.
