Appraisal Employee to Boss

Dear All.

I am working with ERP 6.0 ehp6. I have active the BF HCM_ESS_WDA_1 & BF HCM_ESS_WDA_2

Is posible that using Employee Self-Service, an employee can appraisal to his boss?

If the response is Yes:_ What roles I should assign to employee?

You can create one folder in ESS Role in LPD_CUST for Role ESS menu as My Tasks and providing Universal Work List for tasks approvals

in same way you can create one powl application for Appraisal documents approvals.

Just create one service for application HAP_START_PAGE_POWL_UI_MSS

see below screen shot.

While creation of appraisal document you will be selecting the Appraiser employee no. so automatically that document will display in this service for approval process.

SAP not have delivered  for ESS a service standard of same way that exist for MSS ?

You have to use the same MSS POWL application HAP_START_PAGE_POWL_UI_MSS at ESS role.

If I correctly understand you, Can employee send his appraisal form to his Manager?? Yes, this can be done from ESS/MSS. for this we need to do R/3 config i.e PMS & In portal we can access as Career & development Area. Below are the roles required

SAP_HR_HAP_ADMINISTRATOR

Can the employee using ESS to evaluate your boss?

I know that the Boss can evaluare his employee using MSS.

Logically & Practically how it can be possible?? How a Employee can evaluate his supervisor???. Of my knowledge In std we don't have such process in SAP.

However, checking the services standard (Applications wda) not exist .

the system only have a service for that the EMPLOYEE can display the  appraisal document created By his supervisor(boss)
