Deleted Delivery got CIFed in APO

Hi all

We found some deleted deliveries(Sales order) which got CIFed in APO after initial CIF. Kindly help me out in addressing this issue. I thought it may be due to live cache inconsistency with the data base so i ran

• For SD Orders:         /SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL - program

But still the problem is not solved.....

Hi,

If  prgram /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21 not worked then try as below.

By using /SAPAPO/OM_DELETE_INCON_ORDERS you delete orders from live cache, we can use this program for a single order at a time. By providing order GUId. Order GUId can get from /SAPAPO/OM16.

You can also try /SAPAPO/CCR report to get the inconsistent orders and delete those orders.

Hi Anand,

@ ECC side Use transaction SE38 and enter report SDRQCR21

Enter material, plant and execute. It should remove the inconsistencies from ECC side.

@ APO side user transaction /n/SAPAPO/SDRQCR21

enter the ECC logical system name

product and plant

tick check SD Order tables

and uncheck the Test mode at the bottom of transaction and execute. It should remove the inconsistencies from APO side.

HI Can you please check any TQ's in /SAPAPO/AC06 and try to run //SDRQC21 prog to delete these inconsistencies.
