Hello Guru's,

We have recently upgraded our Portal Landscape to 7.4. And when accessing the Life and Work Events we are getting the message below:

You have the Overseer role activated. All visibility customizations to the runtime panels are ignored.

And I have checked the processes and see there is no Overseer Role assigned, and the Role Type is set to Initiator for all the processes.

Please help me in fixing this issue.

Thanks for the reply.

Looks like with SAP Portal 7.4 you need to define Administrator and Overseer as Initiator Defined.

This is how the standard out of the box LWE for US are setup.

Now we are facing another issue with the page height...everytime we access the process the page is shrinked. And when refreshing the page the first callable object is showing up in Full page but the other callable object is not showing in full page.

Any idea what is happening.

With SAP Portal, Standard SAP delivered Guided Procedures have Default Roles as Administrator and Overseer.

Within the GP Process assigned default role to both Administrator and Overseer to fix the issues.
