EPM add-in install error

Hi,

I'm trying to install EPM add-in SP17 pack1(.NET 4) version for BPC 10 NW on windows 7 and office 2010. It is prompting "The following components are required : Microsoft Visual Basic for Application 2010 or later". Do we need MS Visual Basic software to install EPM 10 package?

Not sure if this is a bug or actual pre-requisite. Can someone please shed more light on this.

Thank Juan, we already have 4.5.1 installed.

The issue is resolved. I have to activate Visual Basic Application from office:

(control Panel-->Add Remove Programs-->MS Office-->Change-->VBA).

Try installing the .NET Framework 4.5.1 (KB2858728)

before install the epm add in .u need to installl these software.

vc++ redistribution

Thanks Nagarjuna. We already have VC++ Redistributable package and .Net 4 software installed but its prompting for Visual Basic.
