Bex filters not displayed in Testing environment

Hi, experts,

We transported Query BEX Reports from Development to Testing environment.

When we run the BEX reports in Testing, the filters are not displayed.

Any ideas on how to solve this?

Thanks in advanced,

Florencia

Hey, we could fixed it.

It was a problem with the transportation order that had the RSECADMIN.

Thanks for your help.

Kind regards,

Florencia

Hi

Have you tried to run at RSRT? please check it once

At dev environment have you got filters?

if yes then again retransport your bex query with all query elements.

How you collected bex changes into transport?

What objects have you transport?

use RSA1-->transport collection--> grouping option only necessary objects and move your bex query, below that you may see all request elements, select them and collect into new transport.

Thanks

Thanks both for you replies.

We have already transported all the components (BEX, Multipprovider, infoobjects, etc.)

We did a trace, and the missing authorization is S_USR_AGR, which is used for:

"User master maintenance: User groups. The authorization object is used in role administration when assigning users to roles and during the user master comparison. You can divide user administration between several administrators with this authorization object, by assigning only a certain user group to an administrator. You can use the activities to specify the administrator’s processing types for the group (such as creating, deleting, and archiving)."

But this has nothing to do with the bex reports, so we think it's another thing what we're missing.

With the RSRT and then the SU53, the missing authorization is:

Object class: RS

S_RS_AUTH

BIAUTH

0BI_ALL

Hi,

it seems to be transportation problem.

you are not yet transported the BEx filters.

if you possible you can do one more time transportation.

collect one more time filters.

after transfer selection tick the option for query elements.

Thanks,

Phani.

Hi, thanks for your reply.

It's odd.

When I check in the SE10, the order I had transported, the technical name of the query is included in the elements that were trasported (technical name in this case: 99O1OPEM3TB9X7TDE8PWIWZXP)

When I go to Transport connection --> Query elements --> Filter, and I search the filter by its technical name, it's not found, nor the infoArea is found,

Anyway, in development the filters are working fine, the problem is in Testing environment.

Hi,

collect the one more time along with the filters then do transport form dev to testing system,

your doing correct and provisionally have you collected the along with filters or not?

Thanks,

Phani.
