Campaign Discounts

Hi Gurus

Is there a way to split and apply the campaign discount only to specific quantities on line items ?

Referencing the campaign discount at item level is effecting all the quantities.

Is it possible via std configurations? If not, Could you please suggest a logic to achieve it?

Example Scenario

Line 1 - SKU001 – Qty 5 – (Apply discount to only 2 of 5)
Line 2 – SKU002 – Qty 3 – (Apply discount to only 1 of 3)

Could you please let us know the logic in providing the discount. Once you provide the same, we can think of achieving with the help of pricing conditions, if possible.

Hi Kiran,

in campaign management there is no such logic available - each discount needs to be entered manually. In trade promotion management you can generate different discounts for the products using exceptions.

Thanks Raj & Johannes. We are not using trade promotions. While order entry on CRM Web UI, the user should have the ability to apply discount only for a few quantities. Say a promotion like "get any 5 items free" should allow users to enter multiple line items with multiple quantities but just apply discount to only a few. (Ex: one unit free of each item / 2 units free on item 3 and 3 units free on item 10).
