when I enter scase, it didn't pop up the window for RMS_ID, if I want to change RMS-ID, how should I do?

my case status is "for approval1", but in approver field of scase, I didn't find the desired person, how to add another approver? thanks

Kindly click on the 'change RMS' button to change the RMS ID .

we have a new prblem with approval, when we choose status: approver 1 in SCASE credit limit request, the below field "approver" didn't appear, normally it will appear, why it is not appeared?

the corresponding case attributes is Zapprover1, non of column(required, invisible) is ticked, so how do I add some user ID , so in the drop down box of Zapprover1, I can see new user ID?

the second question is tricky perhaps due to authorization issue
