i need a small guidance from you all. I am going to activate the package LOG_MM_MAA_1 in one of our client. Well i am aware of what the business function does in procurement. What i want is before activating the package i have to select BUSINESS FUNCTION SET which tells what is the industry type.
My first observation is my industry sector is IT/BPO services. So for that when i check down the drop down list i cannot find any such industry sector. I can find IS media where i have activated it before in some of my client. But here i do not have the sector type.
- My first question is what if i do not select the industry type and simply activate the package?
- What implication it will have?
- I think auditors might ask why it is not activated specific to business sector type?
- Do i have to configure the industry type any where so that it comes in the drop down list.
Would you please discuss on the detail.
