Appraisal "Show quick criteria maintenance" not displayed.

Dear All,

we are having an issue with one of the end users when he goes to the portal he is unable to view the quick criteria maintenance to change the selection dates. He has tried right clicking to discard hidden fields however for just this one user it is not showing the option.

Any help on this will be appreciated.

Click on Discard Settings for Entire Application then it will remove all personalization's in that page.

We tried to click on discard settings but there was no change. normally that works. but not in this case. also if you noticed in the attachment there is no indication of hidden elements. where usually if a field is hidden there will be such an indication.

Please do let me know if there is anything else that i can try to fix this issue.

In ECC Run t-code SA38

Mention the report name POWL_D01

Specify the USER

Uncheck the Display option

Execute the report.

This worked on our development environment.  will do the same in PRD.
