Custom alert notification (adding severity to the global template)

Currently we use the solution manager for system monitoring.

We also configured notifications to an external email and everything works.

However, now I want to add the severity of the alert in the notification.

How can I change the global template of a notification and add the severity of the alert to the description?

Dear Customer,

You can customise the subject and body

of the emails through our enhancement framework.
