Create Incident not from Menu - End user

Hi,

I am looking for a configuration place/setting where the end user can create incident from the Button Click as shown below. We dont want the end user to create Incident from Menu/Navigation bar. Kindly help locate it.

Hi Gopi,

Check customizing in:
SAP Solution Manager
  Capabilities (Optional)
   IT Service Management
    General Settings
==> Adjust End User View Creation Widgets

Also, please apply note 1793513 too.

This is not related to widget. This is the standard setting which is working fine in our other system.

Hi Gopi - can you share where is the config maintained for the 'Create Incident' option. I want to default the creation to ZMIN instead of a pop-up.

Issue: The end user needs to select the Z* from the pop-up when using the widget to create incident.
