Where are you getting this error.
I'm assuming you are testing the RFC in sm59, it clearly says that issue with hostname "oss001"
R u checking sap-oss connection ? did you changed anything in that connection. Do you have connection b/w your sap system and router. Is the ports b/w sap system and router open.

Do you have any other server from where you can copy and paste the stuff.
The first IP is SAPRouter at your end (customer) and the second IP is for SAPRouter at SAP End.
If you dn't have there router ip probably you can raise message and get the details.
Please don't provide IP in thread.. not safe for you.
