Personal Profile - Personal IDs (IT-185) all subtypes shows same Screen in Personal Profile

Hi Experts,

I am facing an issue with Personal IDs (IT-185) in Personal profile application of ESS. Here all subtypes of 185 infotype shows same Screen in Personal Profile application.

Could you please guide me here in achieving subtype specific screens.

You are correct, the XX screen gets replaced by the country specific screen. Ifyou click on personal ids then you will see the infotype and blank subtype. Blank means, same screen will subtype will be used for all the infotypes.

So you have to add another one with specify subtype and subtype specific screen, may be u can look at Gemany Bank o FAM and do similar kind of config for India Persoanl ids

Exactly Yugandhar Reddy In this we need to go by WD ABAP Customization then. Need to for client approval again.......

Still, I don't know what changes I have done according to Shankar suggestions above now the screen is not displaying Superannuation ID & Trust ID to my surprise. For all subtypes only ID field is displayed, strange.

Former Member any inputs, or your screenshot is much appreciated for Adharcard / Driving License subtypes.

Hi Srikanth,

Please do the necessary configuration settings in SPRO => Customizing User Interfaces => Change Screen Modifications for each subtype. I.e., Depending upon your requirement Hide/Show the fields. Then try Maintaing the Feature P0185 for defaulting the screens based on the subtype.

I hope this setting may also reflect in ESS application.

Hi Mohsin,

I hope use cases are like time constraint settings for Portal User Interface with validity dates.

Still I have tried almost all use cases for a subtype, but no luck....

As suggested by Shankar this seems to be problem with Screen structure.

Also check the HRESS_CC_PER_CONFIG to make sure for this infotype has different subtype based config.

Thanks for letting me focusing on new area, I have checked HRESS_CC_PER_CONFIG.

And found there is no subtype specific screens are defined.

And a target replacement process in India specific screen resulting Superannuation subtype view, as shown below:

Please correct me If my analysis is wrong.

generally u will have passport details and Aadhar card details and TAN number  in this infotype ..can you plz check again the information which you stored in subtypes is not same

yes, I also faced same issue in EHP6.

In standard there are some subtypes

01 Superannuation for India

02 PAN Number

03 Gratuity for India

04 Resident Status

05 TAN Number

In standard V_T588MFPROPS there are only 3 subtypes defined for this IT0185.

So, I maintained the table V_T588MFPROPC for all subtypes for this IT0185 and it's worked.

I am not sure what structure & field names to be maintained against those standard subtypes.

yes, that table will be blank, since its for customer specific customizations.

Refer the standard entries in table V_T588MFPROPS for that IT and maintain in same way in V_T588MFPROPC table for all subtypes.
