How to assign one sales group in Multiple Sales Offices.

Hi,

I have a requirement where in Organisation Stucture we need to assign one sales group to Multiple Sales Offices. I tries to create multiple sales groups (with Same name) under different sales offices, but the problem is I cant able to Map all only on3 sales group is getting synced with R/3.

I had tried to search on scn but all threads showing it's not possible in their versions.

How to resolve this, please advise.

Hi Aparna,

It can be done quite easily in CRM, and yes in previous releases we were not having this option.

Please Note, once you have run this program and changed to the enhanced version of the organizational model you cannot return to the standard backend integration version, where multiple assignments cannot be displayed.

Path: SPRO-> CRM-> Master Data -> OM-> Convert Org. Model to Represents Multiple Assignments in SAP.

Once this program run, you can map single sales group to multiple sales offices ( All Groups will get synced with ECC).
