Hi All,

I have config T & E Management; while i have checked business event menu under attendance menu;

it shows check mark all the day off. Please let me know how to remove. Have attached screen shot.

In the main menu go to the training and event management, or use T-code LSO_PVMN:

after that when you want to define the course type you see the screen such as bellow:

and in the course type info you can set this parameter:

First of all you need to active the integration between Time Management and Training and Event Management.

in the next step set parameter such as bellow

After that when you define the course type in the "Course Type Info" tab do the setting about day off

Go to PP01 and give your specific BET and select the Infotype " Business Event Type Info " and change.

But this option is for Allowing employee to book an training course even if he is in Off.

i think your issue is for friday also it is showing as OFF DAY in the BE schedule

can you specify your exact issue please.

Hi All,

Have checked the factory calendar,it's fetching factory calendar "IN"; however it's check mark mon-Fri.

whenever i have created "business event includes day off" still it's shown check mark under day off column.

is it possible i can customize as per my requirement; if i will create "business event". it shouldn't

check mark under day off column.

What is work schedule rule for this EE? Is s/he off in these 3 days based? I think 05.05.2014 is OFF(maybe public holiday in your calendar), isn't it?

What you would system do in this case? You would system does not allow to book a course for OFF days?

It's looking like standard screen that you don't get option to Hide this Field,

I can't able to check in due to lack of system, any way check the config once for any option may available.

please check factory calendar which relevant to your system - transaction SCAL

in my system factory calendar 01 - Germany (Standard)
