Adapter has not provided any status information about this channel

Hi Team

We are facing a weird issue in sender MAIL adapter. We are using POP3 for reading the emails. The adapter runs fine and some time say once in a month it goes in error status with the below error

Once we stop and start the channel, it starts working again.

I have searched in SCN but did not find any helpful clue.

Can you please help me to find out the root cause of this problem.

Hi Indrajit - Instead of restarting the channel, did you ever try restarting the service "XPI Adapter: Mail" ?

Also did you notice any additional information in NWA logs?

Hi Hareesh

Checked the NWA logs but did not found anything for mail adapter.

I haven't restart the XPI Adapter: Mail. Just curious to find out why it happens??
