Hi all,
There's a business scenario where one wants to have control that if existing stock has been used for planning same shall not be available in next MRP run.
Existing Stock: Fabric - 1000m
Sales Order - 1567: required Fabric Qty: 600
MRP Run, Existing Stock is included : No Purchase Order is recommended
GRPO is created for fabric for 300mtr
second sales order is created where Fabric required is 800mtr
On MRP Run system shall display Purchase order only for 100 mtrs.
To summarize, is this possible to exclude the existing stock that has been consumed in previous MRP Run which has to be yet executed.
Thanks
Sonil
Hi Sonil,
MRP is not a budget, it may only be calculated based on the inventory and orders. It is not possible to exclude the previous MRP run.
Thanks,
Gordon

Hi,
Not possible to exclude. MRP will consider initial stock for MRP calculation.

Hi,
You can do it by exclude the first sales order no - 1567 in the second MRP run.
This facility is in after 8.82 version only.
