LDAP No results found

Hi Gurus,

I have configured LDAP as per the standard document available in SAP market place.

Even the job RSLDAPSYNC_USER scheduled is successful.

But i could able to search the users in request form.

Please suggest asap.

Hi Sriram,

is user manager field properly updated on LDAP side? Can you see using find options in LDAP transaction code.

I had similar issue, changing data on LDAP side was the resolution?

I would check 2 things:

1. The base Entry in LDAP tcode

2. Try to find users from LDAP system available in the base entry maintained in LDAP tcode.

Hi All,

I have maintained the correct basis entry and now i am able to pull the data in the user search.

But when i am selecting the User ID (LDAP User ID), i could not able to find the details in 'User details' Tab.

I have maintained LDAP and SU01 of R/3 for all the 3 (Search/Detail/Authenticate)data source configuration.

Here SAP ID will differ from LDAP ID.... When i am selecting the SAP ID... i can able to find the user details.but when i am selecting the LDAP ID, details or not pulling.

Even i have some confusion on the LDAP Mapping attributes.

Please suggest.

Hey Sriram,

Try executing repository sync for LDAP connector .Also check if connection test for LDAP is successful.

I have already done the sync jobs for LDAP connector and the connection test is successful.

Even i could not able to get the users.

Hi Sriram,

Have you maintened "Data Source Configuration" in IMG with LDAP connector? especially user source and user details data sources?

Maybe issue is there.
