Rounding Absence Quota via PCR.

Hi Experts,

Could you please let me know how can we round absence quota through PCR??

As per the requirement, absence quota should be rounded off at the end of the year. Please explain how round off operations work in PCR.

Hi Rishabh,

The best way of rounding hours in PCR is using operation ROUND.

You should use ROUNDHR** where ** is the rounding rule defined in Table T559R.

In PCR, it will appear as shown in screenshot below:

You have mentioned that absence quota should be rounded off at the end of the year. Do you mean the balance quota should be rounded off at the end of the year?

If your rounding requirement is rounding anything between N.0 and < N.5 as N and anything between N.5 and N+1 as N+1, then you can use the rounding rule 01 in Table T559R where N is an integer.

Hi

You need to create a rounding rule in table T559R (xx) & accordingly you can use the same rule in pcr by calling operation ROUNDHRxx,  check the documentation of operation Round for further details.

Use round operation in pcr.

ROUNDH will work to round time type value.

Go to PE04 enter round and go to documentation.
