Hi, Nicholas-
A number of paint companies use SAP Business Suite, which has a pre-configured Best Practices for Chemicals that works nicely for paint companies. Asian Paints is one example. Dunn Edwards is another. You can find some case studies for those companies' use of SAP solutions via Google. What region is this customer in?
