Print Reservation Project

Good afternoon every one

I would like to hear from you, how can I do to print a reservation that is associated with a project, so that the employee can with the document printed, ask the reserved materials in storage and subsequently signed.

Is that possible?

Hi

Program RM07RESL(Reservation list for invenoty Mgmt) exist as standard to print. Program can list against WBS elements.

You need to copy this program & add Project in selection with PROJ/PRPS table pulling out all wBS for Project entered.

There is BAPI_NETWORK_COMP_GETDETAIL also.

MB23 is the transaction where you can give print of reservation details

Here you call the display reservation view using Transaction MB23.After you have entered the required reservation number, you can create a hard copy of the screen by pressing the push button to the very right in the toolbar. The following menu has the selection option hard copy.

if you want print all items of a reservation connected with one another using Transaction MB26 (Picking list) by pressing the 'Print' push button after entering a reservation number on the following overview screen.

Select the required item in the display reservation view. With the path 'Environment/ Reservation /For material' the system displays an overview of all reservations for the selected material. You can now print the displayed reservations using the "Print" push button.

Run the transactions MB24 and MB25 to select reservations according to certain selection criteria. After you have entered the selection criteria for the selection you can press the 'Print' push button on the following overview screen to print the selected reservation.

Hello Stello,

You can check Transaction MB26 in which you can enter Reservation number that is associated with a project and then press Print pushbutton on overview screen which is appearing after executing the report.
