Extracting Business One Data to NW 7.4

I have been working with BW since 1998 and thought I have extracted data from every conceivable Source System types until today.

My Client has a number of Business One systems from which we need to extract the data into BW; I have never worked with Business One before.

Can some explain the appropriate method to do this?

I have not been successful in finding any information:

Does SAP deliver Extractors for Business One similar to other SAP Systems?

Will DB Connect/UD Connect works?

Is Flat File the Solution?

Are there any "How to" or Users Guide documentation which can provide some guidance?

Thanks for the response.

The documentation you pointed me to are 7 to 9 years old.

Must I assume SAP freezes all development on B1/BW intergration or is it that the documentation has not catch up with the product?
