IW38 'Order' menu not available

We are on ECC 6.0 and EHP5, when I execute the IW38 transaction, I couldn't find the menu 'Order' (attached is the screen shot) to mass change the work orders. I checked the SFW5 and EA-PLM extension is activated.

Please help me out in activating the Order menu to make mass changes to the orders.

Please use the following menu option shown in you image above: System->Status

The send us the following data from fields:

• Transaction
• Program (screen)
• Program (GUI)

• Transaction - IW38
• Program (screen) - SAPLSLVC_FULLSCREEN
• Program (GUI) - ZRIAUFK20_MAIN

Hi,

So "ZRIAUFK20_MAIN" tells me that this is a customer-specific development (i.e. not SAP standard).

We therefore cannot help you in this forum.

Talk to your ABAP team who should be able to help.

In standard, Program Screen is RIAUFK20 & Program GUI is RSSYSTDB.

Its development & standard transaction has been assigned to call the custom program.

Your menu looks something different than standard. Have you done any development??

Post the screen shot by clicking "Operations" menu.

Thanks for the quick reply, we did not do any developments. Screen shot for Operations is attached.
