negative value in tcode LX02

Dears

Could anyone help in understanding why the quantity appears as negative in tcode LX02, taking into consideration that i have gone through the following steps in order:

1. receive material in quality

2. put in bin

3. transfer from quality to unrestricted using mvt 321

After thrid step system creates a Posting Change notice document (PCN) create a transfer order using (LT05) with reference to PCN and confirm(using LT12) negative stock will go off
