Hi Experts,
We have around 34 order that are showing up on the incomplete
documents log .These orders had couple of fields missing (VBAK-DAT_FZAU,
VBAK-ABHOD) due to which even though the order is shipped and invoiced,
it still shows up on the incompletion log. The users are not able to
update the fields as it's grayed out. I tried running program
SDVBUK00, it still didnt fix the issue. Is there a way these orders can
be removed from the V.01 (incomplete document )?
Thanks,
Cybil
Found SAP note 106567, that helped resolve our issue
Report SDVBUV00 deletes all documents that have the completed status
from the table of incomplete documents (VBUV).

We didn't want to filter out it out using status groups as we could potentially filter out legitimately incomplete sales orders. These are delivery order for scheduling agreements, which were created at conversion. During conversion it overrides the checks and the order was created. We have the incompletion only at general level. I think the best option would be to do the direct table update, just wanted to check if there were other option out there without doing the direct table update.

Where you maintained Pick up date in VBAK??? in which screen??
( i am unable find this field in standard sales order screens -- also the other field " Cumulative delivery quantity field""")
What was the Header/Item status for these respective sales documents who is having incompletion status--when you check it individually??
how delivery processed without a pick up date??

Ensure that the orders flowing in V.02 are having the same status group set for incompletion log and that status group you could see in VA02.
