Need Batch Expiry in month and year

Hi all

Is there any facility in SAP where I can map product batch expiry in month and year only ? or is there any facility for PLD on AR invoice where I can design expiry date in only month and year

Hi,

Yes you can add expiry date while receiving the items through stock receipt or GRPO or receipt from production.

Why do you need only mm/yy in PLD?

Because our product sale in MM YY expiry basis so I need this in MM YY format  on pld

Hi,

Only possible to get expiry date with DD/MM/YY format in AR invoice-->Invoice Including Batch/SN (System) PLD.

Reason is SAP capture expiry date from system variable.  Tried to get from OBTN, but it is not successful.

HI Ricky,

You can use batch Batch Attribute 1 or Batch Attribute 2.

Change the name of this filed  like Expire Month to do change field name  press (Ctrl+Double Click) on the field.

then put here month value and use this field.

Imran Bro I can use batch attribute 1 but the problem is if i assign obtn table on pld for this field system generate one line item many and many time in print preview so can you please tell me which table and filed i should take for batch attribute 1 on pld ? or is there any system variable ?
