Security Profile with Developer and Helpdesk logical roles

Hello Experts,

I have SMP 3.0 SP02 PL01 and I would like to create users and then assign developer or helpdesk logical roles.

I have created a security profile as Developer and then created authentication providers with logical role Developer and Helpdesk. I am not able to login with the created user, with developer or helpdesk roles.

Can any any help me, if developer and helpdesk role or valid in SMP 3.0 and if so can I have the correct method to perform it.

Hi Jaya,

Your guess is right. Developer and sup helpdesk roles are not supported in smp 3.0

Thanks for the confirmation and the link is useful.

Do you know any workaround, if I need to grant cockpit access to developers. Also kindly share if you have any information on the support of roles any future releases.
