Error while creating Move-Out

Hello Everyone,

i am facing a issue while creating a Move-out  using EC55E

i am getting a error which says

You have attempted to create the customer contact move-out created or move-out created (upon move-in notification). An error occurred during reading of the customer contact configuration.

Error Message no eq323

Any helpful insights???

Hi Ramesh,

You should check your customizing settings for the contact are properly configured under the following path:

In customizing Financial Accounting (New) --> Contract Account Receivable and Payable --> Basic Functions --> Customer Contacts --> Define Configuration Determination

Check the following entry is maintained,if not maintain it

SAPLEC55  Move-Out

In Contact Configuration field maintain * and try,it may help.

i am able to create the contact only while trying to create move-out i am getting the error

i have maintained all the config entries as suggested earlier
