Custom Fields are populating in RSA3 but not in PSA

Hi Experts

I have enhanced few SRM fields in the standard datasource 0BBP_TD_CONTR_2, all those fields are getting populated in RSA3 and when I created the infopackage for transfer to PSA only few enhanced fields are populating and others are empty, the fields which are not populating are conditions related fields (KSCHL, KONWA, KPEIN) from table /1CN/CBPSAP016, I have checked there is no filter in infopackage also unhidden all the fields in the datasource, could you please help.

Hi

As you said you did all the checks in ECC side please check below setting in BI side once becuase this is also might be one reson for that.

Double click your data source and click "Fields" tab and see weather added fields have Transfer check box ticked. if there is no tick then please tick that and activate DS and load the data again.

Did it but still the same as i advised it is not giving any errors just not picking up the data for those fields but whereas in PSA the data is present.

Thanks for the response yes I have checked the unhide option in RSA6, as i have mentioned I can see the fields being displayed in PSA but not populating, Checked the authorisations it has S_BI-WX_RFC.

check the fields in RSA6 any field have hide there?

check the check boxes in RSA6,

how many fields are enhancing your data source.

check the append structure also

final cross check the RSA3 fields and PSA fields.

Not clear about your issue.

How many custom fields you added?

Can you share RSA3 and PSA screen shot for same records which are problematic.

Even think about authorization wise also.

HI Ramamjaneyulu,

There are about 9 fields out of which 5 are populating fine and remaining fields can be seen in PSA but not populating but whereas in RSA3 all the fields are populating fines, the ones which are not populating are conditions related fields like KSCHL(Condition type) KPEIN(Price Unit) KMEIN(Unit of measure) KONWA(Condition currency), as you suggested what authorization do i need to check, I have seen the ALE remote for BW it has the profile S_BI-WX_RFC.

Where your facing this issue? dev or prod?

Can you activate your data source at bw side and again try to load data into psa.

it is happening in dev, did them multiple times the infopackage is not picking up that data.

Hi Ravi,

if your triggering the load by manual then your id need to have role - S_BI-WX_RFC/S_BI-WHM_RFC.

Go to your source system, T code - RSA6, double click on your data source.

on next screen you can see, data source fields and options like

Selection,hide,inverse and field known in exit.

for your enhanced fields(KSCHL,KPEIN,KMEIN,KONWA) need to select (check box option under field known in  exit)

Sorry abt that yes they are not checked in the datasource, so do i need to tick them? because the other enhanced fields which are populating even they are not checked?

Enhanced filed need to check that option. then only it will be filled.

anyway your dev system, just select that option save data source.

replicate into bw side  and activate data source.

later load data to psa and check  it.

Just did all the above steps and still not able to get the fields populated.

Run your info package with some selections and debug your info pack load.

Hi,

after enhancing the data source check the append structure in RSA6 under extract structure.

check the fields in RSA6

run the data source in RSA3 - observe the all fields populating the records.

check the your are missing any authorization mention by raman.

replicate the data source form ecc to bi

create the info package run the info package

check the PSA data.

all fields populating records it should come to PSA.
