Hi Nikhil,

Are you able to see the list of universes (Unx)?

Also you could check the following

1. Logon to Central Management Console (CMC).

2. Go to Applications.

3. Now double click on Web Service and go to Properties.

4. Update the Access URL as mentioned below and click on Save & Close:

http://<WebServer>:8080/dswsbobje

Confirm if this URL is accessible in the browser.

5. Launch Dashboard Design, open Query Browser, click on Add Query and enter BusinessObjects Enterprise logon credentials.

Hi,

Can you check if the user which is browsing the list of OLAP connection in dashboard designer has the required roles and access provided? Use an admin account to browse the queries and see if you are able to see the connections.

Hi Nikil

Are you able to see connections while creating webi reports? Does you id have sufficient rights? Please check with your admin team if they have given view access to OLAP connections present in your system.
