Dear Experts,
We are facing an issue in our system. We have a customized tool to extend material. If we do this it will create a unique ID and it will send an email to few people(User ID is maintained in 'Z' table). But problem is its triggering 2 emails and in SOST we can see only 1 line for this item. Please suggest what would be the issue.

Hi Arun,
Please check whether you are receiving any notification mail in SAP Inbox as well?

Dear All,
Thanks for your replies.. I've debugged again and at last we came to know that, one mail is triggering to SAP Inbox and another is triggering to MS Outlook. And code is written in such a way that it will pull SAP user ID and email from ADRP & ADR6 table, later it will pass these 2 FM which is used to trigger workflow.
