Anomaly in HINUINFU Report : Unable to update infotype 582

Dear ESS Experts,

SAP Standard report HINUINFU enables us to display:

Approved request created through Employee Self-Service (ESS), based on selection criteria and update the relevant infotypes for them.

List of requests for which error(s) occurred during infotype update and update the relevant infotypes for them.

Execute Report: HINUINFU or T-Code: HRPBSIN_AC_INFU

Case : 1

But in our case it is not updating the IT0582.Error is: Changes not allowed outside fiscal year. This is for Payroll area : A (say), Control record is in March 2014.

Case : 2

However, for Payroll area B, Control record is in April 2014. Still it is not updating IT0582 and showing error as: "Payroll area is Released for payroll or correction or checking"

Googled through below links but it didn't solve my problem

Update Infotypes and Resolve Error Report (HINUINFU) - Employee Self-Services (ESS) - SAP Library

Hi,

Claims requests will get updated if the Payroll control record is in Exit status.

Change the Payroll control record to april 2014, change the status to exit and check.

Yes,

We've tried to exit , and execute the report. But it gives same error.

SAP suggested a note 1820601 after raising a high priority OSS, Let me try with that.

Manual Instructions:

Create a new constant ‘CLDIS’

1. Go to TCode: SM30

2. Enter the View name as ‘V_T511K’

3. Click on ‘Maintain’

4. Click on ‘New Entries’

5. Enter a new constant as below:

Constant   Info       Payroll Constant              Start Date           End Date       Value

CLDIS       Claims Disbursement switch       01.04.2013         31.12.9999      0

Note: Value of this constant would be delivered as ‘0’ by default. Set it to ‘1’ in order to activate the

calculations as per the new behavior of claims disbursement.
