I am implementing LSO and using the LSO_PSV transactions.
I have a future dated firmly booked course that I am trying to book an attendee on via LSO_PSV1. I can successfully find an employee to book on the course, but when I click 'Book' or 'Book/Payment info', nothing happens. No error or warning, nothing in the Output log, just no relationship created.
If I go to the same course in PSV1 I can successfully book the employee.
My guess is that it's to do with the course participation document.
When I try to run RHSETPADBOOK_LSO Execute Booking Relationship Harmonization I get an error of "Course Participation Document could not be saved", so this could be the cause.
I've set up a number range for the course participation document and set the number range status. I've checked and there's no entries in table LSOTPARTDOC_C.
I'm struggling to see what I've missed, so if anyone can suggest anything, that would be appreciated.
