Unable to edit checked out file in NWDS

A project was created in NWDS for DCs      fscm/bed/web/shared and is/uces/war.

But while syncing source, or compiling, we received this error:

because used component is broken: sap.com/fscm/bd/web/bd( sap.com_FSCM_BD_1)

How would we go about getting sap.com/crm/tc/core to my NWDS so that we can compile?

the track is newly created?

did it work before?

if it is new, most case your basis configuration work is not done

they have to import the dependent sca to the track
