How to maintain worker's comp infotype without using a transport?

Hi experts,

I want am trying to run worker’s compensation report and I want to assign worker’s comp state and code at the job level but I am not able to maintain Infotype 1612, 1613 or 1641 directly for jobs in QA client using PO03 Tcode. When I try to maintain IT 1612 the screen changes to maintain org unit and for IT 1613 screen changes to maintain the position (see images below) And for 1641 It says “Client 300 has status 'not modifiable'”. From my research on SDN I figured it needs to be maintained through configuration and transport will be required which I really don’t want to do. Since this is not a one-time thing and requires frequent changes. How can I achieve without the transport.

Hi Julia,

Could you please make sure that in the configuration you let the infotype 1612 & 1613 maintanable for Jobs ? Have a look at table T777I.

Usually Infotype 1612 is maintanable for Organization Unit only, and 1613 for position only.
