Hi Experts,
Is it possible to integration SAP cloud for customer with Gmail ?
Please share your valuable thoughts on this post.
Many Thanks
Mithun
Hi,
Today the Cloud for Customer GMail add-in for Google's Chrome was released.
It should appear in the index of the chrome webstore very soon.
Kind Regards,
Jan

Hi all,
Seems that it is taking some time for the documentation to be updated. As you can see, the What's New document is already updated and that mentions 'Working from Gmail' as a future document to be available.

Thanks for the update. I've only now realised that you're talking about a different product.
This discussion area is for SAP Business ByDesign, however the discussion is focussed on SAP Cloud for Customer, two different products. I think this question should have been posted in which would have prevent the confusion.
For the ByDesign users, the usual slow/stagnant pace of new development continues sadly.
Hi Mithun,
Stay tuned for the upcoming 1408 release...

Hi
please check if the latest blog http://scn.sap.com/community/business-bydesign/blog/2014/07/03/google-calendar-integration-with-busi... helps your usecase.
You can get in touch with the author of the blog as well if it helps.

Sorry Experts,
I was on leave from last 2 weeks.
But i want to integrate with Gmail with Cloud.
I have some question about this ....
1) How it is possible?
2) What is the necessary development or add-ons require for this?
Many Thanks
Mithun

Hi Mithun,
There is no Add-In for Gmail as we have for Outlook and Lotus Notes in the current release of the system.
You can only integrate Gmail as you do for other email services:

You can also integrate Gmail via IFTTT to enable iOS Push Notifications:

Hope it helps.

Hi Mithun,
Please provide further details on this.
What do you mean by “Gmail”? Is it something related to Google Docs or Google Maps?

Really?! www.gmail.com, Google's email service.
Hi Mark,
Of course Gmail is Google Mail Service, but definitely that’s not my question.
The question is:
How do you want integrate Google with C4C?
As far as I know there is no specific integration with Gmail, instead you can integrate C4C with Google Docs and Google Maps.
If you want to integrate Gmail with C4C, what exactly do you want to achieve?
Best Regards,
Cristiano
I'm in danger of stealing Mithun's topic here, apologies! I suspect his question is essentially similar to an earlier thread http://scn.sap.com/thread/3377150 however I now realise this question is talking about C4C not ByDesign so it may not be quite the same thing. I jumped in because this is in the ByDesign forum, we use the platform and are keen to see better integration between it and other cloud services but in particular Gmail.
