    Hi experts,

I wonder if there is a way to read the work status of the selection and set the dynamic formatting according to the work status?

Any ideas are welcome.

Kind regards,

Denis

Hi Denis,

To read the workstatus of a combination of dimension members, you can use the function EPMWorkStatus.

Then, you can use conditional formatting to achieve the desired formatting depending on the work status retrieved.  Hope this helps.

Hi Vijay,

thanks for the hint. I will try it.

Do you know if I can lock cells in the EPM according to work status?

Hi Denis,

I am not sure if you can 'lock' cells depending on the work status.  However, we can use the function EPMReadOnlyData and specify ranges where you want the template to serve as a report (only to retrieve data).

Hope this helps.

Thanks,

Vijay
