What permissions of active directory (DOMAIN) should have the user of installation of SAP BPC MS 7.5?

I have an installation of SAP BPC MS 7.5, the user I used for installation have permissions to the USER domain, in the local server is added permissions administrator LOCAL.

In the server, BPC works fine, but when I try to access from a computer client not let me access tells me that the user is not authorized.

In other installations I've done, the user I use for installation have permissions to DOMAIN administrator, but on this occasion the client did not want to give that permission. I want to specifically tell the client, that permissions the user must have exactly, for BPC can run fine.

can you please share the error messages from the web page and from excel login?

How is defined the user inside bpc?

Hi, thanks for responding. Already found the problem, they have special permits in the FIREWALL and this was what was blocking connections to this machine. Thank you.
