JVA Cutback Problem

Hi,

I Have a very confusing issue, i have configured JVA in SAP ECC6 EHP6. Documents are getting posted correctly, cash call works fine. The problem is the Cutback transaction does not work!!. i can see the items in GJRG_5J1F, But cutback program GJCB returns Blank and without any errors.

What i have tried..

1. i have closed the period in GJ4A

2. i have run cutback with and without the intermediate flag..

Any suggestions please...

Hi,

What is the error that you are encountering.Please check if you have configured the billing basis correctly. - invoice / cash /accrual based . Only according to this cutback would pick the billable entries.
