Hi Sara,

The problem may be because of unassigned time zone. Please try the below one.

Add Timezone and Language in BI Launchpad -->Preferences with Administrator account.

Reply if it helps.

Hi Venkat,

It was some authorization issue.

We had to go for another method.

Hi Sara,

Could you please share the BO , Xcelsius and Excel version?

Are you facing this issue with single QAAWS query or multiple QAAWS queries?

Do you face similar issue while using BI service (created from Rich Client) or Live Office?

Seems like you get this error on Preview. When you check the Excel Snapshot, is there any data in Excel sheet?

When you copy and paste the QAAWS URL on browser, do you see the XML code or error?

Hi Yuvraj,

Thanks for your prompt reply. Below are the details.

BI 4.0 , SP 2
Xcelsius 6.0.2.0
Excel 2007

No Am not getting similar error while connecting to Rich Client, but refreshing there throws some error, so dint go for Web service connection .

Live office isnt installed here, so I haven't tried it out.

But IDT works fine.

Yes got the error while previewing it, and no there is no data in excel spreadsheet.

There is no error after pasting the Qaaws URL.

Thanks,

Sara

Are you able to create a working webi report on top of that universe taking the same set of objects as in qaaws?
