Hi Vijay,

As a workaround if the users creditials are still exist then simply reset the password and stop the workflow. Incase the userid is deleted you can re-create the userid and required password to stop the Workflow. Once all the operation is completed choose Role for all the steps of the stencils in workflow.

Hi Vijay,

A respective job id would have generated for each record.

Search for that job id in workflow tab and select delete through context menu.

It will ask "Yes" to Check In record as it is and "No" to Roll Back the changes in the record, select appropriately according to your requirement.

Hi Ankit,

We are also facing the same issue, but the issue here is that only users who has initiated the workflows will be able to see them in workflow tab.

For other users these are not visible.

Hi,

If the user who has created a workflow is able to see it, he/she can assign the workflow to any other users having the similar role as of that user.

This can be done by right clicking the respective record in workflow tab and selecting assign -> .

Ranjeet/Vijay,

The workflow owner will always have an overview of all the WF jobs irrespective of which user has it in his queue. You can always use this user's WF tab as a cockpit for all the jobs.

Aneesh.
