PO Release Workflow

Hi All,

We recently implemented PO Release WF.

When we create a new PO the workflow got triggered and its working fine.

The problem is we included one new line item in an old PO and the workflow is not yet triggered. And the PO shows the release strategy. The triggering event is: RELEASESTEPCREATED...

Hi JK,

you need to create a change document in SWEC for PO,

say if you create ZCHANGE in SWEC,

dont forget to add this event in your WF BasicHeaderData and active,

Hi J Kumar,

Check the event log (SWEL) to see what is happening with regard other published events before creating your own. It could be SIGNIFICANTLYCHANGED is being published at this stage.

Hi,

Once you add an item to an existing PO then the ReleaseStepCreated does not get triggered. For this you will have to use the "Changed" event in the PO. If it does not trigger then you will have to configure your own event using change document because I for sure know that the PO has a change document written once the PO is changed. I guess the change document object is EINKBELEG for PO.
