What are the prerequisite for getting MTTR / MTBR data.

I want to know what are the prerequisite for getting MTTR / MTBR data.

Pre-requisites are:

1. Maintain Start date in Equipment / Functional location master
2. Maintain the Malfunction Start date & time, Malfunction End Date & time in Notification
3. Maintain the Breakdown tick mark in notification
4. Maintain update group (stats) in Notification type configuration (IMG - Plant Maintenance & Customer Service - Maintenance & Service Processing - Maintenance & Service Notifications - Notification types - Define Notification types)

For the MTBR, it is more accurate to also maintain the start-up date.

Rightly said Annabelle,

I remember, in the absence of Startup Date, System consumes one Breakdown, and this USVN value is taken as the Startup Date.

The Breakdown tick (MSAUS) in the M2 notification and obviously all the Date time fields in the Malfunction data tab be filled.
