Default route config and planing from cockpit

Hello,

I have created a default route in between shipping point & customer location.

ex:  created a zones separately for first shipping point and  customer location then assigned each location accordingly  . so finally by default route looks like     starting point (zone, location ) ->lco2-->customer location.

default route type is "3000" ( standard).

Optimizer ended with error message "No freight units can be delivered". 

Error message from optimizer explanation tool :

in result folder :  Desc code  554 and  "No valid transportation lane from source location."

transportation lanes are available in system.

Did miss something on Default route config ( zone , locations etc )?? i have a feeling like something is wrong on my start location.  in default route starting point should be as a zone not location type......

need your ideas.

fyi ... Now it is working with stages after installed new version of optimizer .

kindly check the Optimizer settings.. in planning profile and default route type customizing-select the Freight Unit check box.
