Hi,
We are currently on BI4.1 SP1 Patch 6 and integrating to share-point 2013. We are not using the share-point integration kit, and using WINDOWS
Desktop experience's feature WebClient(uses WebDAV protocol) to read/write to our share-point web directory.
We followed the steps suggested in SAP KB http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1373496.and are able to schedule now to the share-point, but
there are intermittent schedule failures, with message "source file error.CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged: Access denied ".
To investigate the root cause we mapped the UNC share-drive location to our BO server windows machines, to check if there is any association loss
happening. Observed that the drives are getting un-mapped every 4/5 days , and its is when the drives get un-mapped that the schedules start to fail
with the above error. Normally when mapped drives are un-mapped on a system, double-clicking on them restores the link.
But double-clicking them results in the below error message, even though the sites are already added to the "Intranet" sites under "Internet options".
Even adding to trusted site doesn't help.
To resolve this error, we launch the URL from the share-point site in the browser, and the drive mappings are restored, and the scheduling starts
working.
Initially a windows timeout was suspected .Setting the windows timeout setting to unlimited using the setting:
net config server/autodisconnect:-1, but no luck.
Fiddler traces were enabled and the It was observed, that a cookie generated for the form based authentication to share-point is expiring.
So we were suggested to set "x-forms_based_auth_accepted" to "False" by our share-point team.
Has anyone faced a similar issue ?
Regards
Sagarika
Hi Sagarika,
Your problem looks like a system
landscape network setup issue an most likely it is a network
connectivity issue. I would recommend
you check the system set up as a first step.
Kind Regards / Jenny
