Integrate ESRI maps with Webi

Hi,

I know we can integrate ESRI with dashboard but not directly with Webi.

Any idea how we could achieve this using a work around?

We have some firewall issues and were not able to connect outside the VM. Also, though the product is good, our developers found it complicated in structure and were not able to comprehend it fully. So we dropped the plans and decided to go with Esri.

Otherwise, have in mind that Esri does not have any product available for WebI, only Dashboard.

ESRI Maps for SAP Business Objects:  It is a native add-on to SAP Business Objects Dashboards

ESRI integration is not available for webi at this time

I know its available only for Dashboards, wondering there is any option to integrate with webi. May not be direct but at least indirectly.

Have you found out anything more about this?  I have a customer that want to integrate WebI with ESRI maps, but does not want to purchase a 3rd Party software like APOS, etc.  Please let me know if you have any additional information on this subject.

Hello Arun,

Although the Esri Maps plugin has no direct integration to webi, a work around through BI Workspaces is mentioned on the Esri Maps forum. http://forums.arcgis.com/threads/101718-Esri-Maps-for-SAP-Business-Objects-1.0-released!
