Hello SCN,

I am having the similar issue in screen size.

Displaying very small size on Motorola Mobile gun, before posting here i have gone through all the post related to size issue but not clear on what has to be done.

in my gun if i open gmail then it is also dispalying in small size, in gun even gmail and some normal browsing also opened in small size only. is there any way to increase size when doing RF transactions?

i have tried with CSS style and and by adding parameter ~ITSMOBILECSSINCLUDE MYCSSSTYLE here MYCSSSTYLE is the one copied from standard CSS. but i am not sure what has to be changed in MYCSSSTYLE to get bigger screen in mobile.

can you please provide some input to solve the issue.

Hello Prathap,

From description - issue could be on the Browser Side.

Can you provide a VIEW Source Code of the 'ITSMobile' HTML Template that you are viewing?

A desktop view source should be fine.

What Browser are you using with the Motorola Mobile gun?

Dear Oisin,

This issue was solved with metadata.

Hello Prathap,

Can you provide more information regarding the metadata?

Did you have to use the parameter:

~ITSMOBILEDEVICEINCLUDE

as per

Service Parameter and Settings - Wiki - SCN Wiki

and the SAP online help

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/EN/46/6c3ff041496a58e10000000a11466f/frameset.htm

"If device-specific support is required. You can add the necessary
device-specific META tags or JavaScripts using the following service
entry in the HTML page:
  ~ITSMOBILEDEVICEINCLUDE  <Name_of_the_template_to_be_included>
It is sufficient to set the service entry and to make the specified
template available in the service."
